This policy explains how Omevia Intelligence (“we”, “us”) collects, uses, and protects personal data when you use this website, in line with UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.

What data we collect
When you submit our contact form, we collect your first name, last name, work email address, company, role, the service you're interested in, how you heard about us, and any message you write. We do not collect payment information: we have no prices or checkout on this site.
How we use your data
We use the details you submit solely to respond to your enquiry, understand what you need, and, if you choose to proceed, to deliver our services. We do not sell your data or share it with third parties for marketing purposes.
Legal basis
We process contact form data on the basis of your consent, given when you tick the consent checkbox and submit the form, and our legitimate interest in responding to genuine business enquiries.
How long we keep it
We retain enquiry data for as long as necessary to respond to you and, if we begin working together, for the duration of that engagement plus any period required by UK tax or accounting law. If we don't hear back after an initial reply, we delete enquiry data after 12 months.
Third parties
We use Resend to send transactional emails generated by our contact form, and Calendly for call bookings on our contact page; both process data only as needed to provide those specific functions. Our website is hosted on Vercel. None of these providers use your data for their own marketing.
Cookies
This site does not use analytics or advertising cookies. The Calendly embed on our contact page may set its own cookies when loaded; this only happens once you interact with that section, and is governed by Calendly's own privacy policy.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR, you have the right to access, correct, or delete the personal data we hold about you, to object to or restrict our processing of it, and to request a copy in a portable format. To exercise any of these rights, email us at info@omevia.co.uk. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) if you believe we've mishandled your data.
